Galliard Homes is excited to present proposals for the former Bromley Civic Centre site, which we acquired from Bromley Council earlier this year, following the Council’s move to its new home at Churchill Court.
This allows an opportunity to deliver a new mixed-use thriving neighbourhood in Bromley town centre which will:
- Include new areas of open space and public realm that will integrate with and enhance the existing Bromley Palace Park
- Provide much needed new homes in the town centre
- Prioritise sustainability and reduce embodied carbon with the re-use of all viable buildings
- Repurpose and secure the future for the listed Old Palace building
We are committed to engaging with the local community and key stakeholders to create a strong identity and sense of belonging. We welcome your thoughts and suggestions on Bromley Palace Park as we continue to refine our proposals
As part of our consultation, we are holding two public exhibition events, where you will be able to speak to the project team and provide feedback in-person. These will take place at the following times:
- Saturday 14 June, 10:30am – 2pm
- Tuesday 17 June, 3pm – 7pm
Both events will take place in the Old Council Chamber, former Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH.
