The site is highly accessible given its location within the town centre. It boasts good transport connections, being just 5-10 minutes from Bromley South Station, which offers fast and frequent trains to Central London. Bromley North Station is also within walking distance.
Additionally, the site is well-served by several bus routes, with pedestrian and cycle paths seamlessly integrated into the local infrastructure.
The development will feature improved pedestrian and cycle routes connecting in to Bromley Palace and Palace Park, including an upgraded path between Kentish Way and Rochester Avenue. Vehicle access will be limited and kept separate to ensure safety.
Car parking will be provided for Blue Badge holders and residents of the later living housing.
