Bromley Palace Park
Get Ready for Our Upcoming Consultation
In April, Galliard Homes completed the acquisition of the former Bromley Civic Centre site, following the council’s move to its new home at Churchill Court. This allows an opportunity to deliver a new mixed-use thriving neighbourhood in Bromley Town Centre which:
- Integrates and enhances the use of the existing park with new, high-quality public realm
- Provides much needed new homes in the Town Centre
- Prioritises sustainability and reduces embodied carbon with the re-use of all viable buildings
- Repurposes and secures the future for the Old Palace
A prior approval application will shortly be submitted to Bromley Council for the conversion of the existing Stockwell Building and North Block, creating 128 new homes as the first phase of the project. This application will not involve any changes to the height of the buildings.
Galliard Homes will be launching a full public consultation on our wider masterplan for the site in the coming weeks. We will be engaging closely with elected representatives, groups and the public to ensure that all perspectives are heard and integrated into the development plans. This consultation will provide you with the opportunity to share your views and contribute to shaping future developments.
